EntryPoint is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We are a document preparation service. We do not advise on which entity type to choose, interpret legal consequences of formation decisions, or represent you in legal matters. If you need legal advice, we recommend consulting a licensed attorney.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you are directing us to prepare documents based on information you provide, and that you are making your own decisions regarding your business formation.
You are responsible for:
Service fees are due at the time of engagement unless otherwise agreed in writing. State filing fees are passed through at cost and are non-refundable once submitted to the relevant government agency. Our service fees are refundable only if we have not yet begun work on your filing.
EntryPoint's liability is limited to the amount of service fees paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for delays caused by government agencies, errors in information provided by you, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may cancel your service request at any time. If work has already begun, fees for completed work are non-refundable. State filing fees already submitted are non-refundable.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
